Hi all. Are there courses on how to get in to the music industry? I know how to play music, but where can I find resources on such things as DAW terms, proper level settings, audio theory, etc?

Something that has become an invaluable resource is the glossary over at Sweetwater. It can be found at www.sweetwater.com/insync/category/glossary
Also, soundonsound.com has tons of articles on this sort of stuff. Hope this helps, and feel free to contact me on here with any questions you might have. I might be able to help some. I've been involved with this for a long time now as a hobby and I'm now going into it as my major. I've picked up a lot from personal experience and just reading and researching ways to improve my work.

Thanks for the link, Dead. I know some, as I'm really quite into audio production, but this is a nice little resource and I'll need to check it out.

Indeed, thank you very much for the resource.
